This hotel is fantastic. I stayed for 3 separate visits over the Christmas/ New Year celebrations. The consistency of the food, drinks and staff is outstanding. Good luck to Rock on his new venture, thanks for taking care of us. Also Wong & Yu, Pla, Pong and Miew, Pum. These ladies and gentlemen compliment this wonderful hotel and make you feel very special. A big thank you to the new general manager Cherry for her care and attention. This lady will do anything to help and is always checking to make sure you are OK. Last but not least, a special thanks to my friend P. This young man is a wonderful addition to this hotel. Helpful, professional and excellent at his job. Nothing is any trouble for this young man. I have mentioned many people in this review because it is the people who make this lovely hotel so special.. Great pool area, sun all day unlike most hotels in Bangkok, blocked out from skyscraper's. There are hotels, that you like and there are hotels to which you want to come back again. U Sathorn is definitely a place that I would love to visit again. Warming welcoming vibe from the team that does not feel forced or extra. Waking up with the rays of morning sun and birds' songs was what I needed. Birds and a cat really make you forget where you are , and remind you that we are part of nature after all. You can see signs of property aging here and there, but it adds to the cozy homey charm honestly, and the way everything is thought of and every detail makes sense, it all creates luxurious experiences. Superb experience, thank you!

The U Sathorn was really really beautiful, it far exceeded our expectations. The bed in our room was very comfortable, though the rooms are not large, they were fine for us. The pool was wonderful, and the staff were really nice. The breakfast buffet was excellent too.

U Sathorn is ideally located in Bangkok. This is our third stay here and this trip didn’t disappoint. Our room was overlooking the gardens and pool on the third floor. The breakfast is always amazing and the food from the Library is always fantastic. But what makes this hotel so great is the staff, Hot, Carl and Rock to name a few looked after us so well. Everyone is so attentive and nothing is a problem when you need some help or advice on where to go, booking a cab or looking after us by the pool. The hotel is so close to the metro station and you can get a cab or use the shuttle which the hotel provides at certain times of the day. What we love about the hotel is that you are in the middle of a huge city but you would never know that when sitting by the pool. A seven/eleven is at the end of the rood should you need any supplies. Make sure you pay the bit extra for a room looking over the gardens and pool for a great view and the feeling of space. We will be going back without a doubt. Thank you Jason and team for making our stay so amazing and relaxing.

This hotel is like an oasis in the chaotic and busy city of Bangkok. When you get in, you feel immersed in a Thai spa, with a calm and quiet atmosphere that invites us to relax from the busy touristing days in the city. The garden is beautiful, peaceful as well as the pool. The staff is nice and gentle, always helpful. We were allowed an early check-in with no extra fee for it. Although the location might not seem very central, it is very quick and easy (through taxi, Grab car or subway) to reach the interest points, and not expensive at all. On the other hand, the peace you can enjoy in the hotel is for sure a good tradeoff for the location. We were really happy with our stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Bangkok.

every staffs were always smiling and good attitude, good for care about room cleaning(every seconds check?) not many tourists.. not crowded.. so peaceful atmosphere. breakfast various egg options, bread options I can order everyday. live noodle station was good . every morning I was drinking the healthy smoothie :)

The wifi was not very stable. Housekeeping people so friendly. Always a good morning, always a smile. Same for all the restaurant and reception personnel. Rock, Hot, Plu, Oat remarkable. The pancake girl, sweet person. Rock very helpful and a born restaurant manager. Sure he will get far in the hotel business. All personnel very welcoming and polite and helpful.

Shout out to Mr Wong! My husband sprained his ankle just before we had to travel. Mr Wong came right after us when we got out of the taxi to help. He then applied a pressure bandage and arranged for a wheelchair. Breakfast was great. Although the buffet is not extensive, there are a lot of dishes you can order. I always like this, because the food is made to order and therefore fresh and there is less food waste. Excellent Shower and smell of the shower gel & shampoo. 24 hour room is a great concept! When we arrived at 4 PM the room was not ready, so we left our luggage and explored the city. We checked in at 8 PM, so we could stay for 24 hours. Big advantage if you have an evening flight. After a day in Bangkok one definitely needs a shower.

What an amazing hotel! We stayed for one night at the end of our month long trip and it was a fantastic way to finish up. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a pool view room which was fabulous. The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was excellent and all of the amenities were great. We were given a late checkout as we had a flight at 6pm, so after lunch and a swim in the gorgeous pool, we could shower and pack before heading off. This will be our go-to hotel for future stays in Bangkok.
