U Sathorn is ideally located in Bangkok. This is our third stay here and this trip didn’t disappoint. Our room was overlooking the gardens and pool on the third floor. The breakfast is always amazing and the food from the Library is always fantastic. But what makes this hotel so great is the staff, Hot, Carl and Rock to name a few looked after us so well. Everyone is so attentive and nothing is a problem when you need some help or advice on where to go, booking a cab or looking after us by the pool. The hotel is so close to the metro station and you can get a cab or use the shuttle which the hotel provides at certain times of the day. What we love about the hotel is that you are in the middle of a huge city but you would never know that when sitting by the pool. A seven/eleven is at the end of the rood should you need any supplies. Make sure you pay the bit extra for a room looking over the gardens and pool for a great view and the feeling of space. We will be going back without a doubt. Thank you Jason and team for making our stay so amazing and relaxing.

This hotel is fantastic. I stayed for 3 separate visits over the Christmas/ New Year celebrations. The consistency of the food, drinks and staff is outstanding. Good luck to Rock on his new venture, thanks for taking care of us. Also Wong & Yu, Pla, Pong and Miew, Pum. These ladies and gentlemen compliment this wonderful hotel and make you feel very special. A big thank you to the new general manager Cherry for her care and attention. This lady will do anything to help and is always checking to make sure you are OK. Last but not least, a special thanks to my friend P. This young man is a wonderful addition to this hotel. Helpful, professional and excellent at his job. Nothing is any trouble for this young man. I have mentioned many people in this review because it is the people who make this lovely hotel so special.. Great pool area, sun all day unlike most hotels in Bangkok, blocked out from skyscraper's. This hotel is like an oasis in the chaotic and busy city of Bangkok. When you get in, you feel immersed in a Thai spa, with a calm and quiet atmosphere that invites us to relax from the busy touristing days in the city. The garden is beautiful, peaceful as well as the pool. The staff is nice and gentle, always helpful. We were allowed an early check-in with no extra fee for it. Although the location might not seem very central, it is very quick and easy (through taxi, Grab car or subway) to reach the interest points, and not expensive at all. On the other hand, the peace you can enjoy in the hotel is for sure a good tradeoff for the location. We were really happy with our stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Bangkok.

Warming welcoming vibe from the team that does not feel forced or extra. Waking up with the rays of morning sun and birds' songs was what I needed. Birds and a cat really make you forget where you are , and remind you that we are part of nature after all. You can see signs of property aging here and there, but it adds to the cozy homey charm honestly, and the way everything is thought of and every detail makes sense, it all creates luxurious experiences. Superb experience, thank you!

The hotel is very luxurious with great facilities and service as well as delicious food. The staff did an exceptional job at making us feel very comfortable during our short stay. They have amazing room service and all the necessary amenities in the room. Additionally, you can order whatever else you might need and you can do this via their hotel app, which is super practical. We stayed at the hotel because the 24-hour-use-of-room was perfect for our last day in Bangkok, but we will definitely stay here when we visit the city again because the value for money is incredible.
